Minor Home Repair Program
Owner-Occupied Minor Home Repair Program is designed to provide home repair assistance for existing eligible homes. The program does not reimburse for repairs prior to applying for assistance.
Household Hazardous Waste (HHW)
Residents of Tamarac may dispose of HHW and E-Waste at drop-off events in each participating City. This program provides Tamarac residents with a responsible way to recycle or dispose of household hazardous waste (HHW) and old electronics (E-Waste).
Tamarac Fire Department Knox Box Initiative
When a fire breaks out or there is a medical emergency, Knox® products allow immediate entry into buildings and property without forced entry damage or delay. Property owners store entrance keys, access cards and floor plans in high-security Knox-Box key boxes mounted near building entrances. Each Knox-Box purchased by a property owner is keyed to a single master key controlled by the local responding department. <<Read More>>
